Is dental included in child support/court ordered health insurance in Texas?

My daughter's father is dropping her from his dental insurance coverage. Is this ok?

Read the court order. If dental coverage is required, he must include it. If the order does not specify that dental coverage must be included, he is not required to keep her on dental insurance.
