My boyfriend has two rotten teeth, the center of each tooth is completely gone. He is always complaining about his teeth hurting him, he can't eat anything, has constant headaches. Anything cold or hot will also trigger pain. I believe his nerves are being exposed, but we do not have any dental insurance. What can we do to help his problem? Orajel and pain pills no longer work.
