What happens if your filling falls out and you don't get it replaced?

My filling fell out and my dental insurance is expired. To make matters worse the dentist that did it has moved out of state and so he can't fix it and the other dentists in the clinic will fix his mistake for free. What happens to my tooth if I leave it?

You might get a cavity again. The hole in your tooth might get bigger and you might need to get a root canal. It is harmful for an filling to fall out because food you eat will get stuck in the hole of the tooth and it will be harder to clean tooth.
