WI. was able to give full health care coverage to every Uninsured worker & their families,It can Work?

The Governor raised the cigarette tax $1.** and used the tax $ to cover every uninsured worker and their kids, This is Full insurance coverage including Dental.It even paid to build new dental centers state wide. It is working well here and could for the country. Would you approve of Gov. Paid insurance coverage if the tax $ came from a Cigarettes tax?

Sure it can work. But I agree it shouldn't be the cigarette tax, that's already as high as it can go in many places without causing bootlegging and it puts a burden on low income people who are more likely to smoke.
