We live in Beaverton, Oregon which is a suburb or Portland. My wife had a followup appt at a dental office the other day which included having four fillings done. The visit lasted like 1.5 hours. The total bill came to around $850 but after insurance we paid like $450. Is the price for all of this normal for a suburb of a major metro area? I continue to be astounded at the cost of healthcare.
