Here are my expected monthly expenditures, making $48000 a year, after taxes: rent-$1700 metrocard-$90 food-$600 toiletries-$50 bills(gas bill, cable tv, cell phone, high-speed intenet)-$300 miscellaneous (for things like going to the movies or getting my nails done)-$200 renter's insurance-$40 helath/dental insurance-$150 soooo.. am I being realistic or not? I am single, don't have any kids, and will not have a car.
