Does anyone know if there is something i can do to make my teeth stop moving together? Its gotten to the point that my teeth are try to move so close together that they are hitting each other, and i can barely get floss through them. I use to have braces. I don't have dental insurance. I was just wondering if there is anything i can do to stop this.

if your wisdom teeth are growing in it may be crowding them together, if so, i would get them pulled quickly so your teeth can shift back to where they used to be, or atleast be close to where they used to be. and wear your retainer!!
