I am thinking of traveling to Egypt to stay in Cairo and have dental and medical treatment is this a good idea?

I am American,dont have health insurance,and I need some much needed medical tests and dental work,is going to EGYPT a wise idea for low cost care,in a very good hospital in Cairo? My hubbies family live in Cairo and ASSUIT
