I have no dental insurance and I have to have a cavity filled next week. I know the cost for the cavity being filled but do you think I have to pay for the office visit as well?

Yes they will charge you a level + the cost for filling the tooth. If you are an established patient the level will be a little cheaper than if you are a New Patient (haven't been seen by this Dentist in the past 3 yrs). Sometimes if you tell the Dentist you do not have insurance they will charge you a cheaper level.
