I have checked on the site under the benifits section but it doesnt really tell you what all the dental insurance covers. Could anyone help me with this?

Have you asked your employer? I'm assuming you work for Wal*Mart. Their HR department should know what is and what is not covered. I don't believe any dental insurance covers the cost of braces, but they may be able to negotiate you a reduced price for the cost of braces.
