The tooth is just jutting downwards a little bit. It doesn't move back and forth, but he's able to move it upwards to the original position and back downwards. We don't have dental insurance so what should be our course of action? How much would it cost to fix? Maybe an adhesive or something (Estimate would be nice)

Go to your local health department they have dentists on duty who can fix or mend it on the cheap, or free.
