hopefully someone with a dental background can help with this!?

My son is 7, when he was 2 he smashed his mouth on concrete killing his front tooth. For about a month now it has been lose and then on saturday I noticed that his adult tooth was coming in in his jaw! Look at the picture to see what I mean. My question is this. Is this something that could wait till july 1st to be looked at? We have military insurance and the dental insurance doesn't kick in until july 1st. It has already broken through the skin and he is not in any kind of pain... Any suggestions? I cannot afford to pay out of pocket right now but want to make sure i do the right thing. So if its ok to wait, i would much rather do that! http://i61.photobucket.com/albums/h59/ar…

Have your son keep wiggling the primary tooth so it vacates the spot so hopefully the permanent incisor will lower correctly in the right spot. You could also take him to a dental college that are A lot more cost effective and give you a few more suggestions.
