Getting divorced, need some help?

I have 2 step children covered under my medical/dental insurance, can I drop them prior to getting divorced since they arent mine? Also can I cancel their cell phones, including my wifes? She uses it to call her loser boyfriend

You can do what you want but you shouldn't drop the step children's cell phones as they have not done anything.
