He is in severe pain and I was wondering if there was someway I could get information about dental insurance or is a payday loan better? I can't afford much at once. I live in Missouri and I don't know how to find out anything. Please help. I am not sure what I am looking for becuase I do not know what is out there. Thanks.

are there any dental schools in your general area? like at a college or anything? most of those places run about $50 to pull a tooth. the students do the work, but they are perfectly capable.
