I need my wisdom teeth extracted. Is it worth getting dental insurance or will a discount card do?

I have wisdom teeth that grow in sideways (I believe that it's called impacted)...and I don't have dental insurance. I have a good job, but I also have a lot of debt that I'm paying back via my student loans...so I can't necessarily just go and buy insurance. Is there any tips? Should I just bite the bullet and get insurance?

I would encourage you to visit this great website: www.healthsavings.ourperfectcard.com I signed up online over 5 years ago when I was in college and they have saved me thousands of dollars on all of my dental services since. From exams, extractions, xrays, fillings, Cleanings, and even my braces. Then work out a payment plan if necessary. They even had my very affordable benefits active in 2 hours and was able to use them the very same day. Good luck and Hope this helps
