I had a lot of dental work performed and it came out to around 7000. I have one more visit so that they can put in my crowns. I applied for a loan through Chase and now i have to make $288.00/month payments. So I'm wondering if i get some kind of dental insurance will it cover some of the cost?

No. Dental insurance will cover only those procedures started after the date of the first date of coverage of the insurance.
