My ex is court ordered to provide medical insurance. Does that include dental and where would i find that info. Also, he refuses to give the info to me. he said "have them call me and we will give them the info" any suggestions

Reporting to the court that he is not following the order, does not require an attorney. Contact the county clerk and they will be able to assist you. Unless the order specifies dental and/or vision, he does not have to include that. Exactly what he is required to do is in that order you have. His consequences for not following it should also be there.
