Will there be any serious heath risks? Should i have them pulled out? If they pull them out what is the gurantee new teeth will come out. I do not have dental insurance, how expensive is a check up, etc? Thank you.

It's not usual but anything is possible, don't freak out. Go to the dentist. He's the only one who can really advise you. A simple exam and x-rays shouldn't cost you too much. And an x-ray should show whether permanent teeth will come out in their place.
