About Medical Laboratory Technician?

Hi everyone. I would like to know the benefits of the job as a Medical Laboratory Technician? For example the Nurse get health and dental insurance. Thanks

You'll get similar benefits as a nurse since there's a shortage of MLTs. You won't get paid as much and won't get as large of a sign on bonus (if applicable) since there's not as much of a shortage of MLTs as there are nurses.
