My fiance has had a tooth ache for the past week, he says "it doesn't hurt when he takes pain killers." (duh) but lets face it.. it's probably not going to fix itself and just being ignored, it'll only get worse. He has no dental insurance and dental care can be very pricey.. and we, of course, don't want to just go anywhere for it, because even if it cost us next to nothing, if it's not good dental care, it's a waste of money. any sugguestions? We're in upstate NY.

call around...i used to work in a medical clinic and if asked we would give a good discount if they didn't have insurance but it had to be paid right then and there...many have payment plans with no interest

I have a loose tooth on my bottom row..I dont have dental insurance for another month...?
Is there anyway to make the tooth thats lose "unloose"? (unloose probably isnt a word, lol, but i cant think of another way to put it). I brush my teeth and floss 3-4 times a day, and i also have braces. I really dont want to lose my tooth, and I cant go to the dentist, what should I do?

you should be seeing your orthodontist at least once a month so why not ask them? your teeth will be loose with braces, that's how the teeth move around. my lower front teeth are slightly mobile with a firm press of the tongue but it's not visible to the eye, i can only feel it. the front teeth are single rooted and if are slightly loose you will feel it.

Dental Insurance!!! Need help ASAP!!!?
I received a form today for a dental insurance and I don't know what dental doctor write in because I don't know which one from Children's Choice takes that dental insurance. My insurance company and my insurance is Access Dental.

Does Medicare cover dental surgery? Not Medicaid, only Medicare and 2ndary insurance.?
I bit something and one of my back teeth broke. The dentist says he can't pull it and I need dental surgery. My secondary insurance says it will pay dental for "accidents to natural teeth", and I think this is an accident. I can't afford to have it capped, or pay for surgery myself.

Medicare does not pay for dental and if it isn't approved by Medicare then your secondary insurance will not pay either. It is too late now for this incident, but it sounds like you might need a separate dental policy that covers cleanings, exams, extractions, crowns, etc.
