what expenses does an orthodontist have to pay and how much do they cost?

-dental hygientist -secretary -insurance -equipment -etc

The business overhead such as building rent, supplies, Assistant pay, office pay, plus they have the overhead of paying the staff when patients skip a scheduled appointment. In addition there is insurance cost, electric and other utilities, not to metion the excessively expensive x-ray machines and other equipment. Oh and they would like to get a return on their investment, and time.
